School's Out For Summer!! (054/365)

Day 54 Happy: I am ALL DONE with Summer classes!!

I just turned in my final papers for my Adolescent Literature class. I'm a super procrastinator. Like, the best one ever. My papers were due at 11:59 P.M. I sat at my computer and wrote my little butt off for several hours, put the finishing touches on them at 11:57 P.M. and sent the e-mail to the professor at exactly 11:58 P.M.

That's awesome.

And now I have to finish up my internship (after a week of vacation!!) which I don't really consider school anyways, and I will have two weeks after that until the Fall semester starts.

... and then the real fun begins.

Bonus Happy: I asked my lovely friend Angela to be a bridesmaid, and she said yes. We have become pretty good friends this year, and I am excited that she's going to be part of the wedding!

Rain, Rain (022/365)

Day 22 Happy: Rain!

It has been raining for the past two hours. I love this part about Florida summers (not happy for the day... today is the first day of summer, which means it is only going to get hotter. ICK). It is so nice to read my book for homework (The Chocolate War... it is pretty good so far!), all curled up in my PJs on my futon with a cup of hot chai, listening to the rain outside. If only I had a cozy fireplace, the scene would be complete!

Another happy for today... Marc has gotten an insane amount of views and comments on his flickr since posting the pictures from Harry Potter world. It makes him happy to have so many other people enjoy the photos he has taken, and when he is happy, I am happy! Check out his pictures from The Wizarding World of Harry Potter (and others) here!
